Being a UPM student

Hi you all. I am now pursuing my degree in Biology Cell and Molecule at UPM. So, a lot has happened when I moved here. One of it was orientation week. I think this is the best orientation ever in my life. Why? Because the facilitators treat us very well and not angry at all when we were unintentionally late for an activity. And also, most days were filled with hearing some talk at the big hall which is so cold and comfortable. And trust me, you're gonna sleep there eventually after you sat on the chair.

On the first day I came here, I went to the hall for the registration and went to the room to unpacked my things. My room is quite small but I am grateful enough to have my room next to the stairs and toilet. It made my life so much easier. Hahaha. And also my block is the closest one to the bus stop and cafe. So, what could I asked more, right?

The next thing is taking a bus. I find it a new experience for me since it has been ages I did not take a bus to go to class. And guess what, you have to be really early to wait for the bus, or else you end up struggling in a battle like a rugby player. Hahaha. The peak hour is in the morning around 8 o'clock and in the evening where most student had their last class. So far, I've never miss any bus yet but I just hope I won't be late to the class even if I missed the bus.

People are amazed by the size of UPM which is very big and spacious. I find it amazing too except that it was not a walking distance from my college to my faculty. I remember walking from my faculty to flat ikan then, went straight to dewan besar and went back again to the faculty. It was like tawaf around all the faculties there. I was just so grateful that the faculties are beside each other and it does not take much time to go from one faculty to another.

What else? The food is great, there's so much restaurants and cafes around UPM, and also if I want to eat anything else, I can just uber and go IOI or any nearest shopping malls. There's also many facilities and a lot of fields, bukit ekspo and track fields for those who likes to run.

For my course, I don't learn much yet since it was just the second week. So, probably I will talk more about it after one
semester ends or if there's any events related that was interesting. So, I think that's all. I want to write more things but I don't have any idea about what do you guys want to know more. But actually, I wrote this for myself. So that I can actually read all of this again and can be proud of myself singing the song We Love UPM hahaha. Okayy bye.
